The SunCatcher

Talk about a solar power plant. This flowery generator uses parabolic mirrors to intensify the sunlight it collects. And get this — those mirrors can turn into turbine blades when the sun sets and the evening winds start a-howling. Because of this, the device is called both a SunCatcher and a WindCatcher, as it can generate energy from either source. On top of all that, we think it's pretty nifty-looking too!
