Peter Pan as a Girl!

The 22-year-old was inspired to create “The Girl Who Wouldn’t Grow Up” series after seeing a lot of gender-swapped characters on the Internet and Tumblr. She said it seemed like an interesting thing to do, but didn’t want to just do it for the look.

“I wanted to create something different, to really think about what it would imply in a story like this, if the main character was a female instead of a male, or the opposite. Then, well I thought about Peter Pan, and suddenly it clicked: If he was to be made a girl, then the entire story would be different and somehow would make more sense!” Bordeyne said.
