Science Explains: Why Werewolves Are Better Than Vampires

In some myths, turning into a werewolf is not determined by the moon at all! Instead, werewolves can transform simply by wearing the right belt or skin. However, kind of like the inverse of selkies, if their human clothes are stolen, they can’t transform back into a human. Still, that certainly beats involuntarily being a vampire all the time.
