Science Explains: Why Werewolves Are Better Than Vampires

One of the grossest things about vampires is their liquid diet. But in real life, drinking blood causes an iron buildup, which is so not healthy! Also, if your victim/donor has an STD or other disease, you can get it by drinking their blood. These pitfalls can lead to liver damage, dehydration and several other health problems. But I guess if you’re dead already, you don’t care that much.
