Data is Star Trek: The Next Generation's answer to Spock, and although you can't get any more iconic than old pointy ears, Data is definitely one of the most beloved characters in all of Star Trek lore. He's got more capabilities and intelligence than the entire Enterprise crew combined, and yet he has a childlike innocence at the same time. It's these contradictory qualities that make him so memorable.
