4. The Terminator

There's no way around it, Arnold Shwarzeneger's turn as The Terminator in James Cameron's now classic films is the most bad-ass movie robot ever. And hey, without it we'd never have been able to call Arnold the Governator, and thank god for that; we simply wouldn't want to live in that world.
