How many deranged super-villains have a hairless cat named Mr. Bigglesworth, numerous morbidly obese henchmen, and a three foot clone of himself that follows him nearly everywhere he goes? We can only think of one off the top of our heads, and that's Mike Myers' Dr. Evil, who combines nearly every old-school Bond villain cliché into one hysterical (and very bald) package. Mike Myers' best character ever? We think so!
