Ender’s Game

There are several named female characters in this adaptation of Orson Scott Card’s sci-fi classic, but at least in the film, they don’t interact. They get points for making Major Anderson into a woman, but lose them for cutting out Valentine and Peter’s subplot. Granted, two kids taking over the political world by blogging seems a pretty dated idea now, but we really enjoyed getting to know Ender’s siblings better in the book.
