Now that your foundation has had time to set, powder as needed. This will depend on your own skins’ tendencies, but most of us only need to powder the T-zone. It’s not necessary, but if you have two shades of powder, try using a lighter one under the eyes and on the cheekbones. I always have at least two shades because I can tan just by looking at a picture of the sun (sounds like a blessing, but my ever changing foundation routine begs to differ.)  I’ve found that a slightly lighter powder can double as a subtle highlight. It’s a nice touch when you’re not doing any real contouring.
