Looking like they flew straight out of the Hundred Acre Wood, bumblebees—while still totally capable of stinging anything perceived as a threat—aren’t as high-strung and belligerent as honey bees or wasps. So aside from being flying balls of fuzzy fuzz, they’re pretty down-to-earth insects. Permission to hug? Yeah? Yeah.
