Geeky Girl Glam: Death of the Endless

Here I am red nosed and puffy eyed due to heavy holiday revelry, yet I’m happily applying a mere tinted moisturizer. Am I nuts? Yes, absolutely, but not because I’m opting for sheer coverage. When attempting to make a bold look more wearable, it helps to go for the minimum amount of base, so as not to look too “done up.” On the runway, skin can look like anything from plastic to porcelain, and that’s totally ok. In real life, however, skin should generally look like skin. It makes the entire look more approachable. My favorite tinted moisturizer in the whole (DC) universe? Laura Mercier, hands down.
