Clockwork Princess by Cassandra Clare

Okay, so The Mortal Instruments series may have hit a rough patch with the reception and general floppage of the first movie adaptation, but that doesn’t change the glowing reviews that the novels continue to receive. Clockwork Princess is the third entry in Clare’s series, and has received astonishingly good reviews from readers on practically every website. Hopefully, the second film in the series will prove to be better than the original, and get this beloved series back on track!
