Very few episodes in new Who are talked about as excitedly as “Blink,” the Steven Moffett episode that not only introduced us to the incredibly creepy Weeping Angels, but probably cemented the fact that Moffett needed to be Russell T. Davies’ successor as showrunner. The episode was made even better by the presence of Carey Mulligan as Sally Sparrow, a great actress as a great character. There’s a reason why her career has really taken off in the last few years!
