9. “Logopolis”

Tom Baker as the Fourth Doctor is arguably the most iconic and most beloved incarnation the show has ever known, so the fact that his final story is kind of awful makes it hurt even more. Although the tone of the series had become more serious in Tom Baker's final year, he was clearly not into it anymore and it showed. To make things worse, the plot of "Logopolis" is pretty nonsensical, and winds up just being an excuse to bring The Master back again. Tom Baker deserved much better.
