5. “Bad Wolf” / “The Parting of Ways”

Even if you hate Christopher Eccleston as the Doctor, the whole "Bad Wolf/The Parting of Ways" two-parter has a lot going for it. It's full of action, and crazy Captain Jack goodness, and Eccleston almost acts well in his death scene. The whole "The Weakest Link" and “Big Brother” references thing seems extremely dated now, but the Ninth Doctor's final two-parter is actually pretty solid.
