He hardly, if at all, had a speaking role in 1989’s Batman, yet Bob the Goon has been an inexplicable source of devout fan-worship since his one-time debut. The Joker had plenty of forgettable grunts do his bidding in the film, though Bob somehow managed to catch the public eye by having more screen time than all of them combined—enough to warrant the release of an action figure in his gruff likeness!
