Ever wonder what it would be like to see one of your favorite characters from pop culture roaming a picturesque countryside? If you have, then you don’t want to miss these paintings by Rochester, New York-based artist Dave Pollot.

Pollot finds old paintings in thrift stores and gives them new life by adding fun pop culture references into them and giving them fun, clever titles. For example, this painting featuring an AT-ST from Star Wars is called “Yep, We're Lost.”

Check out more of Pollot’s amazing work and learn how he got started on the following slides!
