9) Brown Hornet (Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids)

Appearing as a cartoon within a cartoon in Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids, the show's titular gang of mischief makers would sooner stop playing pieces of rubbish like musical instruments than miss an episode of their favorite super hero: Brown Hornet. Though portrayed as a space-traveling do-gooder, Brown Hornet was actually a parody of the Green Hornet radio serials, created by Bill Cosby during the early '70s. As far as abilities go, Brown Hornet needed only to snap his fingers to make the problem disappear.
