Failing to Observe Personal Space at Comic-Con
With more and more people attending San Diego Comic-Con each year, the San Diego Convention Center can barely keep pace with the influx of attendees. Close quarters make it difficult to accommodate one’s need for personal space, sometimes resulting in flared tempers. Such as when, four years ago, two attendees got a little hot under the collar over seating proximity, prompting one to scratch the other near the eye with a pen. Take it as a cautionary tale: Try to be considerate of others in spite of the cramped conditions. And if a person’s getting all uppity about having their space being invaded, best thing to do is simply get up and walk away without further argument.
