Munchkin

If you’ve always been meaning to try a card game that has nothing to do with Poker or Blackjack, Munchkin is a lot of fun. It both caters to and parodies all of our favorite fantasy things. As you play you can become a Dwarf or an Elf, a Warrior or an Archer and many other combinations as the game goes on. There are cards that show monsters, and every time you destroy one, you go up a level. The winner gets to level 10 first, but there’s a lot more fun to it than that. It only takes one play through to get the hang of it, and then it’s just the fun of making your friends angry at you when you make the monster their fighting twice as strong with a single card.
