If you’re going to be a responsible pet owner, there are certain things that are just mandatory, like making sure your pet is properly tagged, has recieved its yearly shots, and is a card carrying member of the National Rifle Association. The U.S. Constitution has granted us the right to bear arms, and if your cat isn’t exercising that right, well then, that’s just straight up un American.
