Earth from Star Trek

It’s rare that there’s a true utopia in sci-fi that doesn’t have a seed underbelly, but that seems to be the case with the Earth of the Star Trek universe. In that world, Earth has become near a true utopia, where poverty and sickness are practically non-existent. Sure, there are political problems from time to time, but nothing on the magnitude you’d see in most utopian fiction.
