Cool Art Inspired By Classic Literature

Speaking of Victorian fan art and mad awesome hair, we'll cap off the slideshow with this influential painting of the Lady of Shalott, by John William Waterhouse. It seems appropriate since we could fill about 100 slideshows worth with paintings inspired by Arthurian legends. Dragons, sorcerers, and high betrayal? No wonder we can't get enough of Camelot.

What's your favorite piece of art inspired by classic literature?
