Galaxy NGC 1569

This image shows the center of the NGC 1569 galaxy, showcasing two really impressive star clusters, the two big blue-white spots slightly to the left of center. NGC 1569 is one of the most widely studied galaxies by astronomers because it provides good research about the formation of stars, an area of astronomy that we’re really still learning about.
