The 2000s saw a resurgence of adult oriented serialized Anime shows and Cowboy Bebop is an excellent example. This critical and commercial success takes place in the year 2071, when humanity has colonized the entire galaxy and speedy space travel is as common as flat screen TVs and microwaves. The show is lauded not only for its inventive plot lines and its amazing look, but also it’s the awesomely stylish look of its main characters.
