“Play is very powerful, and the stories a child tells herself when she plays will plant seeds that will bear fruit over a lifetime. To date, girls have been left out or marginalized into a girl ghetto when it comes to the action figure universe. Girls are just as interested in epic stories of adventure and saving the world as boys are, and female figures should be a part of this type of superhero and imaginative play for all children, boys and girls alike,” Nadeau said.
