The Good
The Good
Despite their variety of topics, Reading Comp passages are all pretty much the same underneath. You will therefore learn a unified approach that you’ll apply to every passage you face. The topics are predictable, so you can find many sources to practice with the kinds of passages you’ll see on test day. Further, no outside knowledge is required. Some test takers forget that everything they need to answer the questions is right there in the passage—that is, that it’s an open-book test. The answers are in front of you, and we’ll teach you not only how to find them but how to anticipate them in some cases as well. Finally, Reading Comp is directly relevant to your legal academic and professional career. Let’s face it, long boring reading passages are what law (and certainly law school) is all about. For those who accept the realities of becoming and being a lawyer, Reading Comp preparation offers an opportunity not only to increase their LSAT scores and bag better schools but to get a head start on their legal careers as well. And that ain’t bad—or ugly.
Okay, so we’re no Knute Rockne (college football coach famous for motivational speeches), but we’d like to see him hype Reading Comprehension. Anyway, that’s the pep talk part of our program. Let’s get down to business.
