Geometric Visualizations

Geometric-visualization questions give you an image on paper and ask you to twist or flip it in your mind.


	If a square piece of paper were folded into a rectangle, as seen in Fig. I, and then cut, as seen in Fig. II, what would the paper look like when it was unfolded again?

There are no formulas on these types of questions, no surefire method of attack. All we’re really doing is warning you that they’re lurking out there, and telling you to draw a sketch before looking at the answer choices. The answer, incidentally, is
