If SAT algebra were a radio station, this
section would be the Top Forty countdown. It doesn’t include every
fact, just the ones that get the most airplay on the test. When
we describe a concept, we cover only the algebra you need to solve
SAT items.
You want to have this knowledge down cold. The better
you know it, the easier your life will be. Once you’re familiar
with these concepts, we’ll practice applying your knowledge to real
SAT items following our specific step methods.
