Geometric-visualization questions test your ability to twist and flip in your mind an image presented to you on paper. For example, look at the problem below:
If a square piece of paper were folded into a rectangle as seen in Fig. I and then cut, as seen in Fig. II, what would the paper look like when it was unfolded again?
There isn’t any good way for us to teach you how to do this problem other than to tell you that you should always draw a sketch before looking at the answers on this type of problem. The only thing that can make you better on geometric visualizations is practice, so pay attention when you see them in practice tests.
