The Verbal SAT
The three verbal sections of the SAT contain 78 questions in total:
  • 19 Sentence completions
  • 19 Analogies
  • 40 Reading comprehension
The following three chapters are devoted to analyzing, breaking down, and explaining the strategies that will help you do your best on each of these three question types.
Before getting to the specifics, though, it is best to discuss the verbal section as a whole. This chapter focuses on the general skills and strategies you need to succeed on the verbal section.
