The SAT includes four sets of reading comprehension passages and questions. One of these four sets is actually a dual passage, involving two passages and subsequent questions. Of the four, two are located at the end of one of the 30-minute verbal sections, one will be at the end of the other 30-minute verbal section, and one will take up the entire final 15-minute verbal section. Usually the dual passage will be found in the 15-minute verbal section, but that is not always the case.
