It’s almost the end of another year, which means it’s time to toss our entire personalities out the window and resolve to become better people (for a few days, at least). Personally, I’ve never kept a New Year’s resolution for longer than a week. (I once attempted a disastrous sugar detox that ended approximately five minutes into the new year when I shoved a whole cupcake in my mouth without thinking about it.)
But maybe that’s because I wasn’t choosing resolutions specifically tailored to my personality. How should you better yourself in the coming year?
