Now I&#8217;m back with \u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sparknotes.com\/lit\/flies\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Lord of the Flies<\/em>.<\/a> \u00a0But if anyone develops a car fetish this time around, I&#8217;m leaving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before we do anything else, I have a confession: I&#8217;m an English major who has never read&nbsp;<em>Lord of the Flies<\/em>. This is my shame. What I know about this book is that it involves a bunch of kids on an island and the collapse of society. So basically, it&#8217;s a light-hearted romp, yes?
