Other times, fictional deaths are heartbreaking because the character in question was Odysseus&#8217;s dog who waited 20 years for Odysseus to return from war, wagged his tail one final time, and died<em>.<\/em> He just <em>died.<\/em>(I had NO IDEA &#8220;the dog dies&#8221; was a thing that could happen in the <em>Odyssey, <\/em>and I was shocked and upset. What&#8217;s the matter with you people? Why didn&#8217;t anyone tell me?)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyway, where were we? Oh yes. Some fictional deaths are cool, others are sad. However! Still other fictional deaths are just embarrassing for everyone involved.
