But I&#8217;m here to tell you that I like magic and puns and I am scared of the ocean, and that is pretty much my entire personality.<\/p>\n<p>(Sidebar: \u00a0does anyone else remember those <a href=\"https:\/\/www.barnesandnoble.com\/s\/dear+america?_requestid=500309\" target=\"_blank\">Dear America<\/a> books as vividly as I do? \u00a0After I \u00a0barreled through the one about plucky thirteen-year-old Hattie on \u00a0the Oregon Trail, \u00a0I spent \u00a0much of my childhood being needlessly terrified \u00a0of \u00a0eating anything \u00a0unfamiliar. You know, in case it was hemlock.)<\/p>\n<p>So now, I put it to you: which three books \u00a0from your childhood define \u00a0YOU as a person? Relatedly, which ones terrified you to your core?
