THE funniest quotes? In all of literature? There&#8217;s a lot of literature out there, and some of it is pretty funny. But can I really guarantee that these quotes are the funniest, bar none?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The truth is, I can&#8217;t guarantee this. No one can guarantee anything in this life except death, taxes, and <em>Pirates of the Caribbean<\/em> sequels. So I&#8217;m setting my sights lower. If even ONE of the following quotes merits a guffaw, a chuckle, or something resembling a smile, I will consider that a rousing success. If, however, they do not, then I guess I&#8217;ll just die.
