Students will use this worksheet to explore the themes of justice and truth through close
reading. They will respond to four quotations, relating them to these themes. Then they will
find their own passage to analyze. Students will then draw conclusions about how prejudice
influences justice and truth in this text. This worksheet should be used once students have
read the entire novel.
