A Week Before the Test
Take a full-length test in a timed, testlike situation, including the essay. Review your books, notes, and explanations to practice items. Work on some final vocabulary building. But generally, take it easy. Resist the urge to overstudy, which will inevitably cause needless anxiety. You’ve put in the effort and proven it to yourself through steady progress. Trust that effort. It will pay off.
We talked about registering for the test earlier. If your test site isn’t at a familiar location, take a drive in the morning to see how to get there and how much traffic there is. Don’t leave finding the site to the day of the test. Who needs that kind of pressure?
