It’s almost the end of another year, which means it’s time to toss our entire personalities out the window and resolve to become better people, at least for the first few days of January.
Personally, I’ve never kept a New Year’s resolution for longer than a week. I once attempted a disastrous sugar detox that ended approximately five minutes into the new year when I shoved a whole cupcake in my mouth without thinking about it.
