College Life As Described in Les Misérables Lyrics
College has a lot in common with the musical Les Misérables. In both, unhappy people who have no money learn harsh lessons about life. In fact, if you are currently broke, miserable, and struggling to make sense of class conflict, social justice, and the human condition, there’s a good chance you are either a college student or a character from Les Misérables. (Unless of course you’re both, in which case you’re probably Marius.)
The point is, these two things are really similar. That’s why I, a college student, will be describing college life for anyone who’s curious—and I’ll be doing it in Les Mis lyrics. Ready? Let’s go.
