We’ve advised  about writer’s block many a time,  but what of the world’s non-wordy artists? Painters, musicians, freestyle dancers, doodlers—you, too, likely know that feeling of running low on brain juice.

Our brilliant  illustrator, Elliana Equivel, knows the feeling too. Through her experiences, she’s drawn up  ten things you should circle back to  when you’ve got a paintbrush/guitar pick/remix in your hand, but your  brain is giving you a whole lot of  nope.
