It’s difficult to imagine living in a world without technology. What did people do before iPhones? They just went through life without idly scrolling through social media so they never had to be alone with their thoughts? No thanks.

Technology has improved our lives in a number of ways, and it could’ve improved the lives of many fictional characters from classic literature. (Sure, it would have ALSO ruined the stories and the themes their authors painstakingly created, but hey, you win some, you lose some.)
