7 of the Most Embarrassing Deaths in Literature

Sometimes, fictional deaths are cool because the character in question was a jerk and the way they died was karmically awesome. Other times, fictional deaths are heartbreaking because the character in question was Odysseus’s dog who waited 20 years for Odysseus to return from war, wagged his tail one final time, and died. He just died.(I had NO IDEA “the dog dies” was a thing that could happen in the Odyssey, and I was shocked and upset. What’s the matter with you people? Why didn’t anyone tell me?)

Anyway, where were we? Oh yes. Some fictional deaths are cool, others are sad. However! Still other fictional deaths are just embarrassing for everyone involved. These, if you couldn’t already tell, are those deaths.
