How Literary Characters Would Break Up With You Over Text

Break-ups can be tough. One minute you’re in love, the next minute you’re returning his letters and he’s stabbing your father through a curtain in an ill-fated attempt to avenge the king.
I think we, as a collective society, have come to the conclusion that breaking up with someone over text is typically Not a Good Thing To Do. But sometimes there are exceptions, like if you hate face-to-face confrontation and you’re fictional.
