If The Great Gatsby Had the Internet

I waver between “The Internet is the greatest invention known to man” and “The Internet was a mistake,” which is something I find myself thinking whenever I come across some really out-there fanfiction (think Snape x Dobby) or see a meme that is just entirely too much. 

But like it or hate it, I think we can all agree there’s not a single work of classic literature that the Internet could not improve, and that includes The Great Gatsby. (And if you think Nick Carraway WOULDN’T be the kind of guy who takes one good selfie and then uses it for every single one of his profile pictures for YEARS, then you can get right out of here. GO ON.)
